Tips for Writing Reunion Invitations
Start reaching out early. Reunions require finding people you may have lost touch with, so give yourself plenty of lead time. For school reunions, start the organising process at least three to four months before the event.
Be clear about costs upfront. If the event involves a venue hire, meal, or drinks package, include the per-person cost in the invitation. This helps guests decide quickly and avoids awkward conversations later.
For family reunions, delegate tasks. Mention the organising committee or contact person clearly. If guests are asked to bring a plate or contribute to costs, make this explicit. The more organised the invitation, the higher the attendance.
