Do I need to pay to create an invitation?
No. Creating an invitation, sharing it, and tracking RSVPs is included at no cost. You only pay if you choose to add premium features to your event.
How do premium features work?
Premium features are offered as one-time purchases per event. You will see them when they are relevant, for example when you add photos to your gallery or when your event grows beyond the included RSVP limit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay/Google Pay through Stripe.
Do my guests need to pay anything?
No. Your guests never pay to view the invitation or RSVP. The only guest-facing purchase is the optional memory book page, which is a gift they choose to create for you.
Can I get a refund?
If you purchased a feature and are not satisfied, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
